Global Procurement System (GPS)
Is the Global Technological Platform that supports every stage of the Procurement Process in BBVA Group (budgeting, purchasing and finance).
This platform, based on SAP technology, is currently operating in 7 countries (Spain, México, Perú, Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Venezuela); and will be progressively extended in the rest of the countries.
Adquira Marketplace supplier portal is integrated into GPS. This portal enables on line interaction between the Group’s companies and their suppliers, throughout the whole procurement process (suppliers certification, orders and invoices), in a collaborative environment through the electronic exchange of documents.
GPS is integrated with the Supplier Portal Adquira. This integration allows the interaction between all BBVA Group companies and their suppliers through a collaborative environment during the procurement process (approval, order management and electronic invoices) through the electronic exchange of documents.
